Excellent and friendly service given by Rob who took into account our personal preferences. Opportunity to try out the mattresses several times to make the right selection. Understood our need to think about options available without feeling under pressure. We returned the next day where we were given further time to create our preferred bed package.

Went in on the off-chance of finding something, we had a tricky budget, but our bed was on its last legs so just been looking and hoping to find something half nice. Steph was friendly and understanding. No pressure at all, we went through what they had they was suitable and tried out various options, one of the options was just perfect. Steph was wonderful and broke down the costs, gave us all our options, still with no pressure or expectation, just allowing us to decide and figure out what was right for us. We did purchased a bed that fits our requirements and exceeded our expectations on quality, very excited waiting on delivery.

From the minute we stepped through the door, Rob was attentive, friendly and informative. A lovely experience, stress free shopping for a bed. We Visited All About Beds in Taunton and was greeted by lovely Giselle who was very informative and knowledgable regarding our requirements and we had soon placed our order for the purchase of one of their mattresses. Giselle's service was absolutely brilliant, genuine, friendly and professional too.
