The absolute best customer service I've experienced for a very long time... Looking for a mattress for my elderly father that needed a matress that day and came across this place. Sooo glad that I did. Steve and Steph were fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Good prices too.. Thoroughly recommend this place for beds, mattresses etc with the greatest customer service in the area.. Another fabulous experience with the amazing Steph.... Bed hunting again with elderly father and went straight to this shop as we had such a good experience last time and so glad we did. Steph was her usual charming, patient self and sorted a lovely single divan bed with mattress and head board at a reasonable price. Nothing is too much trouble here and your not pushed or hurried. It is actually about you as a customer and not "the sell"... Don't bother with the big chains and use this lovely independent business. You won't be disappointed

We stopped by this place following a recommendation from a friend. Steph was very helpful and knowledgeable without the hard sell we'd experienced elsewhere. We didn't want to complete the purchase there and then, preferring to think about it, however, this was not a problem. I called back later that day and paid over the phone. The bed was in stock and Steph was kind enough to agree to store it until we decorated and had new carpet put down. Delivery was arranged to suit our plans (Elliot was very courteous and helpful across a number of calls). The delivery drivers were also great considering they'd had such a long day. What's more, I have slept so much better from the very first night with this new bed. We are very happy and will gladly recommend this place to our friends and family.

We decided to visit this store in Taunton when we were looking for some new mattresses and also a bedframe with headboard, we loved the friendly atmosphere as soon as we arrived! We were asked straight away if we needed any help and we met a man called Cliff who was extremely helpful, we also met a lady called Steph who is lovely and is at hand to help with any questions you may have! We found exactly what we were looking for and the prices were very reasonable! The whole experience from the buying to the delivery side of things was brilliant all round and we would definitely recommend people to visit this store!
